The product is designed according to the H-90Ⅰ standard in GB8815-2008. In 2008, it meets the requirements of PVC sheath material with temperature resistance of 90℃, and has excellent high-speed extrusion processing performance, and can obtain smooth and fine wire surface under high-speed extrusion conditions . It is suitable for the sheath material of wires and cables with environmental protection requirements -40 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ grade.
The higher the temperature of the environment used, the faster the aging of the PVC material. In severe cases, it will affect the guiding effect. Now enumerate the temperature that several common wire materials can withstand: PVC insulation, temperature resistance 70 ° C. If it is hard, it can withstand 70-90 degrees. If it is modified, it can withstand 100 degrees. If you want to withstand higher temperatures, it is recommended that you choose CPVC, which can withstand temperatures up to 110-140 degrees.
