Processing Method
For the PVC toy material produced by the company, taking a 250-ton injection molding machine as an example, the ideal melt temperature range is 160~180°C, and the heating zone should be 135~175°C. Before starting the machine, carefully check the temperature of the die head (the ideal temperature is 170°C) to avoid scorching or poor plasticization, water marks, impermeability, and eccentricity.
Storage Method
The PVC toy materials produced by the company are packed in laminated woven bags, protected from the sun and rain during transportation, and stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated environment.
